Company Formation Procedure - Day 1
Customers through the following information search Asia's business name :
* Address and passport (ID card) at least one shareholder and a director of a copy.
* Detailed registered address and company secretary.
* At least three priorities to be used by company name.
* 50% of the initial service charge.

Bank account operation:
Who will be bank account authorized signatory, and whether individually or jointly by the signing. The most important should be the same passport shows.

Company Formation Procedure - Day 2
* Asia business to confirm whether the customer's name can be used.
* Asia Commercial document sent to the client's signature.
